Abstract:In the era of artificial intelligence, Generation Z, which exists with the network, has become the main force of the new workplace. Z generation graduates in meet the demand of employment information at the same time, due to the penetration of all kinds of algorithm technology, make them the information may be good and bad are intermingled, one-sided, homogeneity, intolerance, thus into algorithm weaving "information cocoon", lead to this group employment mentality in subtle values deviation, information access, career target convergence and employment anxiety four complex characteristics. In order to break the negative influence of information cocoon effect on college students, it is necessary to construct value-oriented information governance, reshape the professional values of Generation Z, strengthen information literacy education, enhance the ability of personalized career development education, strengthen the subjective initiative of career choice, strengthen employment psychological counseling, experience the workplace, and break the anxiety of "network filter".
