Abstract:Higher education"s empowerment of Chinese-style modernization is underpinned by robust logical foundations. From a theoretical perspective, Marxist theories of productive forces and comprehensive human development provide directional guidance and value orientation for this empowerment. Historically, the utilization of higher education to drive national modernization aligns with the historical patterns observed in various countries" paths to modernization, as well as the accumulated historical experience of the Communist Party of China through long-term practice. In practical terms, empowering Chinese-style modernization through higher education requires universities to be deeply rooted in China"s unique context, with disciplinary development serving as the engine to synergistically advance talent cultivation, innovation, and scientific-technological endeavors.
