    摘要:

    高校教学竞赛作为教学质量提升与教育创新的关键驱动力,涵盖了国家、地方、行业、高校及企业等多方力量共同参与的教学相关比赛,近年来展现出蓬勃发展的态势,极大地激发了高校教师们的广泛热情与积极参与。随着高校教学竞赛的积极推动,教育理念得以持续更新与深化,助力了教师的成长与发展,同时也引领了教学改革的新方向。然而,当前的教学竞赛也面临着一些挑战,如竞赛与教学失衡、竞赛成果夸大以及模式化等问题。为有效应对这些挑战,首要在于重塑竞赛的核心价值,强化教师对于正确教育理念的坚守,确保竞赛能够真正服务于教学的本质与初衷。其次,构建一个公正、透明且科学的评估体系与激励机制至关重要,确保教学成果评价的客观真实,让竞赛成为教学质量的真实镜像。再者,深化竞赛与日常教学的融合度,加速竞赛成果的转化与应用,从而实现教学创新,促进教育质量的全面提升。

    Abstract:

    As a pivotal driver for enhancing teaching quality and advancing educational innovation, teaching competitions in higher education involve collaborative participation from national and local governments, industries, universities, and enterprises. In recent years, these competitions have flourished, significantly galvanizing enthusiasm and active engagement among university faculty. Their vigorous promotion has fostered the continuous renewal and refinement of educational philosophies, catalyzed teacher development, and charted new trajectories for pedagogical reform. Nevertheless, current teaching competitions grapple with challenges such as the misalignment between competition objectives and pedagogical practice, inflated claims about competition outcomes, and formulaic approaches. To address these issues, it is essential to first reassert the core values of competitions, reinforcing educators" commitment to sound pedagogical principles to ensure competitions authentically serve teaching’s fundamental purpose. Second, establishing a fair, transparent, and scientifically grounded evaluation system and incentive mechanism is imperative to objectively assess teaching achievements, thereby transforming competitions into a true reflection of teaching quality. Finally, deepening the integration of competitions into routine teaching practices and accelerating the application of competition-derived innovations will propel pedagogical advancement and drive comprehensive improvements in educational quality.
