    摘要:

    电力系统突发事件应急不当不仅会造成巨额经济损失,还存在引发社会混乱、威胁公众安全等潜在负面影响。生成式人工智能(GAI)引入电力系统应急管理领域,将有效避免此类负面影响,提升电力系统突发事件应急能力。本文深入挖掘了电力系统应急管理的生成逻辑,阐述了GAI赋能电力系统应急管理的经济、社会和文化价值,提出了加强对GAI的信任和优化应急管理体系是GAI赋能电力系统应急管理的未来广泛应用之路径。

    Abstract:

    Improper emergency response to power system emergencies not only causes huge economic losses, but also has potential negative impacts such as causing social chaos and threatening public safety. The introduction of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) into the field of emergency management in the power system will effectively avoid such negative impacts and enhance the emergency response capabilities of the power system. This paper delves into the generation logic of emergency management in the power system, elaborates on the economic, social, and cultural values of GAI empowering emergency management in the power system, and proposes that strengthening trust in GAI and optimizing the emergency management system are the future paths for GAI empowering emergency management in the power system.
