Abstract:How to improve the strategic contribution rate of multi-project scheduling to improve the performance of operation strategy is the key to multi-project scheduling of PBFs. Aiming at the problem that multi-project scheduling has low support for the operation strategy management process, this paper studies the interaction between multi-project scheduling and operation strategy matching from three factors: identification accuracy, goal consistency and scheduling dynamics. Firstly, the research problem is defined, and the interaction mechanism of three factors on matching is analyzed. Secondly, the interaction simulation of three factors on matching is carried out. The optimization objectives and constraints of multi-project scheduling are constructed, and four operational strategy scenarios are set up, based on which the interaction simulation experiments of three factors under different operational strategy scenarios and different levels are carried out. Finally, the simulation results are analyzed, and a matching tactics based on the overall promotion of three factors is proposed. The research results show that identification accuracy and target consistency have significant interaction on the matching degree, while there is no significant interaction between scheduling dynamics and target consistency, and between scheduling dynamics and identification accuracy on the matching degree, that is, the interaction between identification accuracy and target consistency can effectively support the operation strategy management process, while scheduling dynamics and target consistency The interaction between identification accuracy cannot support the operation strategy management process. The research results of this paper provide a new idea for the theoretical and practical research of PBFs strategic matching.
