    摘要:

    应用创新型人才培养是应用型本科高校的核心任务。 “挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛,被誉为当代大学生科技创新的“奥林匹克盛会”,是应用型本科高校开展创新创业教育的重要载体。 回顾“挑战杯”竞赛 30 年来的历程及其发展趋势,并结合竞赛特征及获奖者中典型人物的发展成就,有助于归纳“挑战杯”竞赛对应用型本科高校学生成长的重要意义。 同时,基于“挑战杯”竞赛在应用创新型人才培养中的问题,提出的重塑竞赛价值导向、搭建科创培育平台,立足应用型本科高校特色等措施,有利于强化比赛育人性、增强参赛群众性、提高成果转化率,推动“挑战杯”竞赛成为培养应用创新型人才的重要阵地。

    Abstract:

    The cultivation of application-oriented innovative talent is the primary objective for application-oriented undergraduate insti tutions. The “Challenge Cup ” national college student extracurricular academic science and technology works competition often re ferred to as the Olympic Games of contemporary college students’ technological innovation serves as a significant platform for pro moting innovation and entrepreneurship education within application-oriented undergraduate institutions. Reflecting upon the three decade legacy and evolving trends of the “Challenge Cup ” oupled with a thorough analysis of the competition’s distinctive character istics and the remarkable achievements of its notable winners it can offer invaluable insights into its profound influence on student de velopment within application-oriented undergraduate institutions. Additionally in light of the identified challenges associated with tal ent cultivation through the “Challenge Cup ” this paper proposes several measures including redefining the value orientation of com petitions establishing platforms for scientific innovation training and capitalizing on the distinctive characteristics of application-ori ented undergraduate institutions. These initiatives play a crucial role in enhancing educational outcomes derived from competitions fostering increased student participation improving result conversion rates and establishing the “Challenge Cup ” as an essential arena for cultivating innovative application-oriented talents.
