Abstract:Utilizing methods such as literature review, logical analysis, and expert interviews, this study explores the strategic opportunities and development strategies for Chinese martial arts “going global” within the context of the 2035 vision goal. The research indicates: the lack of momentum in the “going global” movement of Chinese martial arts due to insufficient power, and the unbalanced and inadequate issues of technology and culture; a difficulty in achievingequivalent profit returns from the “going global” of the Chinese martial arts culture industry; the challenges faced by Chinese martial arts in “going out” and then “getting in and staying.” Based on this, we propose: focusing on competitive martial arts to enhance the global influence of Chinese martial arts; strengthening the support for “going global” through the martial arts industry; and enhancing the global reach of Chinese martial arts culture as a comprehensive strategy.
