Abstract:In order to adapt to the development trend of the digital economy and continuously stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship vitality in this domain, it is necessary to improve the entrepreneurial literacy and strategic thinking of startups. Using a single case study method, this study focuses on the pain points of survival and challenges of innovation of small and medium-sized entrepreneurial enterprises in the context of the digital economy, and takes the entrepreneurial path of M Company, an e-commerce operation service provider, as an example for case analysis. The successful entrepreneurship of M Company indicates that a domain where risks and opportunities coexist, new or potential entrants need to carefully consider and plan ahead. Startups should fully explore entrepreneurial opportunities, accurately identify target markets, and actively integrate entrepreneurial resources to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
