Ecological environment is an important issue affecting global development. With the advance of globalization, ecological problems are no longer limited to one country only, but instead show a trend of globalization. Xi Jinping, general secretary of the state, expounded on global ecological civilization construction, from the perspectives of globalization and peace and development with Chinese excellent traditional culture as the historical foundation, with Marx's world history and international cooperation theory as a theoretical basis.
