    摘要:

    近年来,发电企业不断深化资金集中管理,规范资金运作,优化资源配置,提高资金风险管理能力,资金管理的规范性、安全性和收益的稳健性不断提高。在国家能源集团电力体制改革的背景下,JS电力有限公司各省级公司在落实高质量发展的战略部署过程中面对一系列难题。助力集团电力体制改革应思考如何在集团公司一体两翼的财务管理新体制下,通过各种措施优化发电企业资金管理,实现价值创造。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, state-owned enterprises have continuously deepened the centralized management of funds, standardized the operation of funds, optimized the allocation of resources, improved the ability of capital risk management, and the standardization, safety and income robustness of fund management have been continuously improved. This paper is under the background of the electric power system reform of the national energy Group, Taking JS Electric Power Co., LTD. as the research object, analyzing the development of the company's fund management work, and analyzing a series of problems faced by provincial companies in the process of implementing the strategic deployment of high-quality development, Think about how to realize value creation and help the reform of the group's power system by optimizing the provincial company capital management under the new financial management system and mechanism of one body and two wings of the group company.
