New generation of employees have become the backbone of China labor market today. How to make the new generation of well-educated employees with a wealth of knowledge positively interact with the organization has attracted widespread attention. This paper studies the relationship between abusive supervision and employee silence of the new generation of employees, as well as the mechanism. The results show that: leaders’ abusive supervision has a positive impact on employee silence of the new generation of employees; dispositional mindfulness plays an intermediary role between the abusive supervision and the silent behavior of the new generation of employees; anxiety will weaken the relationship between mindfulness and employee silence of the new generation of employees; anxiety can moderate the mediating role of employee’s dispositional mindfulness.
