Since the new era, a growing number of developing international communities have appeared in China’s large cities. The governance of internationalized communities in development has important theoretical and practical significance, and crucial implications for the governance of internationalized communities in the world. The new concepts of governance of internationalized communities in China’s development mainly include top-level design concepts, multi-subject negotiating governance concepts; and the concept of community awareness should be prioritized; at present, with the intervention of professional social work organizations, it is possible to improve the governance of developing international communities from the perspectives of creating an atmosphere, providing precise services, and strengthening the construction of community psychological integration.
