高校教师领办社工机构的出现是中国社会工作专业发展进程中的一个特殊现象,相关研究表明这一行动有效促进了社会工作专业教育与社工实践之间的弥合,是构建中国特色社会工作专业体系的重要组成部分。 通过对高校教师领办的 Y 机构实证调查发现,这一类型的机构更加注重服务的专业性,在人员使用与资源获取方面更具特别优势;在机构的管理中,会显现出专业化特质。 尽管面临多种挑战,高校教师创办社工机构依然有效推动了中国社会工作教育和社工实践专业化的发展。
Abstract:
Social service agencies led by university teachers are a special phenomenon in the development of social work specialty in China. Relevant studies show that this idea promotes the bridging between social work specialty education and social work practice, and is an important part of building a social work specialty system with Chinese characteristics. The empirical investigation of Y agency founded by social work teachers shows that such agencies highlight the professionalism of services with special advantages in personnel use and resource acquisition. Moreover, the management of the organization demonstrates characteristics of specialization of social work. Despite various challenges, these agencies have promoted the development of social work education and practice specialization in China.
